Turn Around TimesMost of the items in the store here at The Wish Place are handmade to order and require 24-48 hours for delivery depending on the volume of orders we have at the time. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. We try very hard to accommodate all rush orders. You may request expedited shipping methods at any time for an additional charge. The Wish Place will contact you via e-mail with the approximate shipping time and the additional charge. Accepted Forms of PaymentThe Wish Place accepts payment via Paypal. Paypal allows you to pay via credit card and also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account without ever sharing your account information with us. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal with a credit card. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Returns, Cancellations and ExchangesOur goal at The Wish Place is to provide our customers with the highest quality service and merchandise. Because most of our products are custom made at the time an order is placed, we ask that you please make your selection very carefully as these items are not returnable. The Wish Place reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at anytime. If we cancel the order after your credit card has been charged, we will refund the amount charged.
